Sales agreement: Buyer will mail a $200 deposit to seller, along with this signed contract. The remainder of the purchase price will be sent to seller at least one week prior to shipping date. Once signed contract and deposit are received, seller will make shipping arrangements. Shipping will be paid by buyer. Shipping is expected to be in the range of $200-$230. Kitten will not be shipped until she is at least 12 weeks of age. In addition, the buyer will pay $30 for the kitten's veterinary health certificate.

CONDITIONS OF SALE Seller guarantees that said kitten is in good health and free of any contagious condition, illness or parasites.

This girl is guaranteed to be fertile. If she has not succeeded in getting pregnant by the time she turns two years of age, and after being bred to at least two separate males she will be replaced with a new kitten of the same quality when it is next available.

Said kitten will be up to date on immunizations at time of delivery and a shot record, health certificate and TICA registration papers will accompany kitten.

This kitten is being sold as show quality and as such at the time of shipment it will have no faults which would preclude it from the show ring.

It is highly recommended that buyer brings their new kitten for a check up with Buyer's vet within 48 hours. If any illness is found at this time, and so documented in writing by a board-certified veterinarian, the kitten can be returned to Seller and Seller will then replace said kitten with a kitten of comparable quality when it next comes available. Or, if the Buyer and Seller agree, the kitten can be given back to the Seller who will then have her own vet treat the kitten and when the kitten is restored to health the buyer will have the option of having the original kitten back or selecting a new one.

Seller is not responsible for any vet bills, other than those incurred with her own vet.

This kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for the first two years of life. If a defect is found, within the first two years of life, and so documented by a board-certified vet in writing the kitten can be returned to seller and seller will replace it with a healthy kitten of the same quality when it next comes available.

Buyer agrees to the following:
At no time in this cat's life will he be in an enclosure that is smaller than 6' x 6' x 6' No Cash Refunds. The Buyer agrees that said kitten will not be sold, leased, traded, or gifted to any pet shop, animal auction, research laboratory, or similar facility.

* If Buyer makes any negative or inflammatory remarks about Seller or said kitten on any public forum or in any public venue, this contract will become null and void*

This cat is being fed an Iam's Dry Kitten Food.

By signing this contract each party agrees to the terms and conditions stated above. This contract is legally binding to the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. Any legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by the Buyer. Venue is the State of Kansas, Saline County.
